Born in Rome in 1964

A graduate in Architecture, he has undertaken professional research and consultancy work at the Department of Technology Innovation in Architecture and Culture of the Environment (I.T.A.C.A., Innovazione Tecnologica nell’Architettura e Cultura dell’Ambiente) at “La Sapienza” University in Rome as collaborator on design work and feasibility studies.

In 2006 he set up Modus Engineering srl, of which he is also the IT System Manager.
From 2004 to 2006 he did design work and provided assistance to works management as a consultant of the engineering company ABT srl.

From 2000 to 2004 he did professional architectural and design work based on collaboration with the company IRAS (Industria Romana Arredamenti Scolastici) in designing furnishings for schools, local communities and offices.

From 1997 to 1999 he was a project-architect at the studio of the architect S. Mattelloni for the design of offices, command stations and showrooms of Telecom Italia SpA.

A graduate in Civil Engineering, Construction section, he has had professional engagements in structural/architectural design, works management, project management and coordination of safety on worksites.

In 2006 he set up Modus Engineering, where he also holds the position  of Technical Director.
Since 1999 he has been qualified to act as Coordinator during Design and Execution pursuant to Leg. Decree no. 494/96.

From 2000 to 2006 he was a partner in ABT Srl, the engineering company with which he has developed his professional business.

He has acted as an expert and technical consultant for private and public principals (Government Commissioner’s Office for the Waste emergency in the Region of Campania, Prime Minister’s Office – President of the Region of Sicily, Delegated Commissioner for the management of thee socio-economic healthcare emergency of the Region of Calabria).

Architect and PhD in engineering, he has been project manager for the realisation of public and private buildings.

In 2006 he set up Modus Engineering, of which he is also Chairman.
He was chair of the Town-Planning Committee of Rome and member of the boards of both municipal-run companies and private companies working in the real estate sector.

From 2000 to 2003 he was member of the Board of Directors of AMA, AMA International e Multiservizi.

Since 2001 he has been a partner and member of the Board of Immo Consulting SpA, a real estate consulting company of the Aareal Bank group, in partnership with CRESME.

In 2007/08 he was member of the Board of Zètema and of the Executive Board of the non-profit body Maratonarte.
From 1999 to 2006 he was a partner of ABT Srl, the engineering company with which he developed his professional activity and of which he was Chairman from 2000 to 2006.

From 2002 to 2003 he was a technical expert at the Lazio Region in the Hospital Construction sector for verifying and approving hospital building projects and related financing.
From 1993 to 2001 he worked in design (residential, town-planning  and restoration), surveys, architectural and archaeological surveys, works management, collaborating with: Abt srl, Arches srl, M. Mugherli srl, Empire Business Spa.
